Privacy policy

Squishy Lab for iPhone and iPad. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Squishy Lab does not collect, store or share any personal information. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no in-app purchases, and it never connects to the internet.

Who we are

Squishy Lab is made by OG Tech Solutions under the name WAU Play. Questions about privacy: support@wauplay.com.

What the app stores

The squishies your child makes and keeps, game rewards and simple settings are saved only on the device, inside the app. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app deletes them.

Camera

The camera is used only for hand mode, and only after your child taps the hand button and you allow camera access in the iOS prompt. The camera picture is processed on the device, frame by frame, to find the position of the hand. Pictures are never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. You can turn camera access off at any time in Settings › Squishy Lab.

What we do not do

• We do not collect names, email addresses, locations, device identifiers or any other personal information.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and the app contains no third-party SDKs that do.
• We do not show ads or links to other apps or websites.
• The app makes no network requests at all.

Children

Squishy Lab is made for children. Because it collects no personal information, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and Apple's rules for the Kids category without requiring parental consent for data collection.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. We will never start collecting personal information from children without first asking for verifiable parental consent.
